At Proud Irish American, we want you to be 100% happy with your order—doing a jig-happy, raise-a-pint kind of happy. If you’re not totally satisfied, no worries! We’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition (no mystery stains or pub spills, please)
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Any item that’s been worn like it’s already been through three St. Paddy’s parades
How to Start a Return or Exchange
